This resource page offers participants in the CUaware Protégé Mentor program tools and tips that can help ensure success in the program. Included on this page are program guidelines that will help you get started, helpful resources that will provide support between your mentor contacts, and career development resources that may assist you during and after your time in the program.   

Getting Started

These tools will help mentors and protégés properly frame the goals you set for the relationship. These are not mandatory by any means, and you should feel free to use your own resources and framework to shape your interactions.
