Our Team

Vice President of Human Resources Susanne Witteborg joined the league in 2004 and has over twenty-five years of HR experience. Her extensive work in all aspects of HR management includes compensation management, legal compliance with issues such as FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, conflict resolution, internal investigations, staff training, HR audits, and handbook reviews. She has helped numerous credit unions with CEO searches and is an experienced recruiter for any level of organizational need. Susanne has maintained certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2002.

Adding twenty-plus years of experience is Human Resources Manager Andrea Williams, who has been with the league since 1997. Andrea’s expertise includes benefit administration, payroll, recruiting, training, and performance management. She received her PHR certification in 2013.
