The countdown is on! Annual Meeting begins in just a few weeks

In just over three weeks, the Carolinas Credit Union League will be hosting its first-ever virtual Annual Meeting August 31 – September 1, 2020. Nearly 130 people have registered so far including credit union professionals, exhibitors, and sponsors.
The conference features four motivational and informative keynote sessions led by speakers:
- Josh Cook, CEO, Community Choice Credit Union
- Amy Downs, CEO, Allegiance CU
- Holly Hoffman, Speaker and Author, Inner Depth LLC
- David Salyers, Speaker, Author, and former Chick-fil-A VP
In addition to the keynote sessions, the agenda also features a CEO panel which includes Penny Pratt, Family Trust FCU; Maurice Smith, Local Government FCU; Bob Donley, Members CU; Brian McKay, S.C. Telco FCU; and Donna Metz, Upstate FCU. Panelists will share their insight and experience navigating 2020.
Other features of the conference include an interactive exhibit hall where exhibitors will have the opportunity for one-on-one chats with attendees along with other networking capabilities; and a Happy Hour on Aug. 31 where participants will be able to
mingle with each other, and breakout room hosts, sponsors, and surprise guests.
“We invite all-level credit union employees among our membership to join us for this educational and fun Annual Meeting,” CCUL Director of Meetings & Conferences Barbara Lehew said. “Unlike any other year, Annual Meeting is so much more accessible
to our membership and we encourage senior leadership at their respective shops to extend the invitation for more staff to join.”
Lunch for the conference is also included thanks to event sponsors. Prior to the start of the conference, registered attendees will receive a Grubhub coupon to redeem a free meal.
