CCUL, CUWN offer free webinars to small credit unions through Carolinas Foundation grant
Thursday, April 23, 2020
As COVID-19 continues to challenge credit union operations, as well as members and employees, the Carolinas Credit Union League remains committed to assisting however it can during these uncertain times.
Understanding the unique challenges for member credit unions with assets of $100 million or under, the League recently announced an online learning offer for up to two free webinars per credit union through the Credit Union Webinar Network (CUWN) – the League’s partner provider for online learning.
This offer is made possible thanks to a generous grant from the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation. The Foundation has committed the funding for small credit unions in North Carolina and South Carolina to take advantage of this learning opportunity.
Details on how to redeem this offer were shared with qualifying credit unions last week. The promo codes to claim the free webinars are for one-time use, apply to live or recorded versions of any of the 150+ webinars that CUWN annually provides, and must be used by May 29, 2020.
“The Carolinas Credit Union League is grateful to the Foundation for its partnership, and for all that credit unions are doing to serve members and support communities in these challenging times,” said CCUL SVP of Professional Development Lauren DeAngelis. “We also would like to thank our partner, the CU Webinar Network, for providing a discount for this special offer and also for the opportunity to deliver this to our member credit unions.”
