National credit union awareness initiative hits 100 million milestone as expansion continues

Open Your Eyes to a Credit Union® has hit over 100 million impressions through digital advertising, CUNA announced in the July 12 The Nussle Report.

A deeper dive into the analytics reveals that the digital-first campaign is exceeding its past benchmarks. Combining results from Minnesota, North Carolina and South Carolina, 6.2 million people have been reached through programmatic advertising, 4.3 million on social media, and 1.3 million on YouTube (as of June 30).

The expectation is that impressions will only continue to grow as reports begin to come in for North Dakota, South Dakota and Indiana, in which the initiative launched earlier this month. “Open Your Eyes” campaign also starts in Kansas and Missouri July 22, bringing the total number of participating states to nine.
