Carolinas Credit Union League and Credit Union National Association are pleased to announced the new online CCUL and CUNA Compliance Community. This community, an extension of the CUNA Compliance Community, will provide an online hub for compliance professionals in the Carolinas to work together, share resources, and become better informed about state- and national-level credit union regulations. The community will be made available in the coming weeks.
“We hope that this community makes it easier for compliance professionals across South Carolina and North Carolina to stay connected,” said Allison McClellan, compliance coordinator for the League. “Our goal with this community is to provide a place where they can go knowing they'll find answers and advice from peers facing the same issues.”
The addition of this state-focused community will add many useful benefits to the League's membership, including:
Blogs from compliance experts regarding common credit union issues and state-level interpretations of regulations,
A discussion board for networking and collaboration,
A document library for members and CCUL to share policies, best practices, and more,
An event calendar for details on upcoming development opportunities and the ability to export them to Outlook calendars, and
Access for credit unions that serve multiple states.
