Love My CU Rewards: Important program changes for 2018

LMCUR 2018 Program Changes imgAs a reminder, Love My Credit Union Rewards has made some program changes in 2018. Make sure your credit union is aware and stays on top of all of the updates in order to get the most out of the program and maximize your Sprint revenue payout.

Full Pay-for-Performance Revenue Model:

Credit unions participating in Sprint will receive $23 for each new Sprint line activated*. Your credit union will be paid based on performance and must be actively promoting the program per marketing requirements.

Sprint Revenue Payouts:

Sprint revenue will now be paid after each quarter, and communications count for the quarter in which they are received by members. If your credit union does not send a communication to your members in a quarter, you will not be paid revenue for that quarter.

Reminder: Q1 2018 documentation is due April 16 and will be paid via ACH Deposit in May. Forward your documentation to as soon as it’s sent to your members to prevent any delays in your revenue payout.

Marketing Requirements and Tactics:

In order to receive your Sprint revenue, your credit union will need to fulfill quarterly marketing requirements. Free marketing materials are available in the Partner Center to help maximize your success.

The approved communication tactics have changed and now include the most proven effective tactics that have shown a positive impact to Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards registrations. These tactics include: email, newsletter article or ad, social media, mobile app or online banking banner, blog post, Gas Station TV and more. All marketing materials can be accessed via the Partner Center.

Although we have eliminated the least effective tactics as marketing requirements (such as statement inserts/message and ATM/drive-thru ads), your credit union is more than welcome to still utilize these communications to supplement the minimum requirements.
