In the season of reflection, the League is taking time to look back on the past year with the annual Membership Satisfaction Survey and planning for the future with a look at upcoming training and events.

Membership Satisfaction Survey

We are preparing our end-of-year Membership Satisfaction Survey to assess the effectiveness of our efforts and identify areas for improvement in 2018. This survey is one of our best planning tools as credit union leaders have the opportunity to speak candidly about their institution's needs and expectations.

2018 Training & Events

Carolinas Credit Union Connect

The Carolinas Credit Union Connect will return to the Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel in Charlotte, NC February 1-2, 2018. This event debuted earlier this year and received an overwhelmingly positive response.

This premier event caters to credit union employees in all departments and levels of expertise, and offers more than a dozen educational sessions from industry experts and a vendor hall full of products and services revolutionizing the industry. Held in conjunction with the conference are Small and Mid-Size Credit Union Roundtables, a CUaware Protégé Mentor Workshop, the 2017 CUaware Protégé Competition Finals, and the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation Gala.

The conference is only $75 and you have the option to customize registration to attend as many or as few events as you would like (packages are available). We hope to see you there!

CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference

Also in February is the annual CUNA GAC. This is the largest advocacy event for credit unions and the most visible opportunity to petition lawmakers to support the credit union movement.

At the GAC, you'll attend keynote sessions from thought leaders in politics, business and media, participate in congressional visits, network with other professionals from across the nation, and connect with exhibitors in the the credit union movement's largest exhibit hall.

The Carolinas Credit Union League has a room block at the Embassy Suites, only three miles from the Washington Convention Center. Register and book now to reserve your spot.

For more training and event dates, see our 2018 Calendar. Most importantly, enjoy the holidays and we hope to see you at these events and more!
