Assignment & Space Notification:

Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. CCUL reserves the right to assign exhibit space according to the needs of the show. Exhibitors will receive by email their assigned space number and a copy of the attendee list two weeks prior to the event (May 22). Please note that the vendor hall is in the general session space; we ask that all vendors vacate their booths during sessions.

Golf Sponsorship Opportunities:

Exhibitors will have the opportunity during golf registration to purchase a hole sponsorship for $275. Sponsors will have their company logo displayed at the assigned golf hole during the CCUL Golf Outing on Sunday, June 4 at Pinehurst No. 5.

Exhibitors are invited to play in the golf tournament for $100 per person, including cart. To participate, complete your golf registration online here.

Exhibitors must be in place by 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4.


Monday, June 5: After 6:30 p.m.

Exhibitors must remain intact until the official closing time of the show. No displays may be dismantled or packing started before 6:30 p.m. Monday.


Door Prizes:

Exhibitors offering a door prize will receive a tent card on which to display your door prize winner at your exhibit space. Please draw your winning entry at 5:30 on Monday evening during exhibitor hours and write the winner’s name on the tent card.


Silent Auction Opportunity:

Exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction to benefit the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation's exclusive partnership with Victory Junction. By donating an item to auction off at your booth (valued at $250+) you will receive increased exposure and other benefits at our meeting. More details are available in the brochure. To participate you must complete the Silent Auction Donation Form by Monday, May 15

Equipment & Shipping Forms:


All fees are refundable if written notice is received via email or fax by May 5, 2017, minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received after May 5, 2017.
