Reservation Deadline: July 30, 2020
Important Hotel Notice: We recognize many credit unions reserve a large number of rooms early for potential attendees, then close to the event, many of these rooms are dropped. While we understand the reason for this practice, it creates an inaccurate sold out status - forcing others to find alternate accommodations and potentially resulting in great financial penalty to the League. In an effort to resolve this issue, the following protocol is now in effect:
- When making a room reservation, each reservation will need an individual's name on record with the hotel (cannot be the same name).
- The room cost for cancellation made after July 30, 2020 will be the responsibility of each credit union.
Thank you for understanding and please plan accordingly when registering.
