FORT BRAGG, NC - Fort
Bragg Federal Credit Union donated $500.00 to the Fort Bragg Warrior Transition
Battalion. Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union held a social media contest during
the Dogwood Festival which stated for every new Facebook or Twitter fan they
receive, they will donate $1.00 to the Warrior Transition Battalion. The
Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB) is located in the WTB Complex along with the
Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC) on Fort Bragg. The SFAC provides
help to warriors who have been injured, wounded or suffer from illness while
serving in the U.S. Army. The Warrior Transition Battalion helps warriors
whether they are returning to the Army or getting separated from the military.
“Making
any transition is not easy, especially for our warriors who undergo illnesses
or are hurt, which is why we like to make any transition they are making as
smooth as possible by contributing as much as we can,” said Andrew Reiff, Fort
Bragg Federal Credit Union Marketing Director.
