For the past
several months, Credit Union Magazine subscribers have taken the time to nominate their colleagues for rock star
recognition. Forty-eight rock stars were selected based on their passion and
drive to put bright ideas into action and champion the credit union ideal of
"people helping people.”
"There’s really no better term to describe what these
individuals have managed to achieve in advancing credit unions’ mission and
spreading their message,” commented SCCUL President/CEO Steve Fowler. "These
rock stars are out there, going the extra mile and turning vision into reality
for the good of credit unions and their members, motivated primarily by their
own passion and values.”
Serving as a branch manager for SRFCU, Sullivan-Woods raises
the bar on member service through coaching and empowering employees. "Her
coaching has given employees a sense of ownership and pride in helping our
members,” said SRFCU CEO Pat West.
