The voting process for the recommended consolidation of the North Carolina Credit Union League and South Carolina Credit Union League is now underway. The South Carolina Credit Union League, working with Cantey, Tiller, Pierce, & Green (CTP&G), has mailed out voting packets to the 69 League-affiliated credit unions.

Each delegate packet includes the official call to the meeting, delegate form, copies of relevant bylaws and the merger agreement, voting ballot, ballot envelope, and mailing envelope. Any credit union that wishes to change its delegate must email or fax the completed delegate form to SCCUL’s Jessica Hendrix by August 2, 2013.

Mailed-in ballots must be postmarked to CTP&G by August 14. However, credit unions may bring their sealed ballot to the Membership Meeting on Thursday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m., where representatives from CTP&G will tally the final results.
