Credit union leaders and staff who join CCUL’s new website
will discover a feature called Community Groups.
Each of these community groups provide a place for
peers with similar expertise or chapter affiliation to network, have forum discussions,
collaborate, and learn from each other.
You must be a member of the CCUL website in order to join.
- The group homepage will be the default tab. A description of the group is at
the top. Below that are postings to your group including members of your group
who updated profiles recently, events from the event calendar that apply to
your section, and news that applies to your group.
Photos – Select this option on the right-hand side to upload photos for
your section. An example of photos would include pictures from meetings and
– Members that join a group will automatically be added to the group’s directory. This makes it easier to find peers within the group and for admins
to send bulk emails to all group members.
– View events posted by the league and your group administrator.
– Join with others in threaded discussions on member-initiated topics.
Gallery – Enjoy a slideshow of your group's latest activities.
Admin – If an admin has been assigned, he or she will be listed on the
right-side of the group page. Contact them for anything regarding your group.
Take a few minutes today and browse through the groups and
join one that interests you or Contact Us to suggest a new one. Feedback is encouraged!
What you can do depends on the rights your group admin(s) allow for members.
Different groups have different settings.
