Toby's resume is chock-full of awards and accomplishments, including a design award for a debit card redesign that was completed, start-to-finish, in forty-eight hours. As vice president of marketing at SAFE FCU, Toby has come to realize that to best serve members, you must constantly monitor their preferences and reactions. Erin Laney, Charlotte Metro Credit Union, Charlotte, NC
Erin's favorite credit union philosophy is "people helping people" which she lives out every day. Beyond her normal duties as senior executive assistant, Erin exceeds expectations in completing tasks that not only help executives and staff, but directly impacts member experience. She was an instrumental part in Charlotte Metro's application for a metropolitan statistical area charter which expanded their community beyond its initial single charter. Read more here.

From the moment Chrystal stepped foot in Allegacy FCU to open a checking account, she knew she was destined to work there. Two years later, she came across an opening with the credit union and today serves as the vice president of marketing.
