Maggie Ambrose has joined the Carolinas Credit Union League Advocacy as PAC/grassroots specialist, supporting the League's work to extend the two-state movement's political influence. Working from the South Carolina office, her role includes assisting PAC reporting, coordinating and executing grassroots initiatives, and organizing political events and meetings.
Maggie, who just completed a mission trip to Cuba, is a recent graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is passionate about the field of politics and was highly involved in the Political Science Department and student government during her time at Clemson. Her experience includes two years as campaign and Greenville, SC office intern for U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
The addition of Ambrose follows other strategic changes in Advocacy, including the January 2017 advancement of Billy Boylston and Evelyn Hawthorne as vice presidents of governmental affairs in their respective states, and the addition of Director of Member Engagement Geoff Finken in 2015.
