Following an insightful look at management development by CCUL CEO John Radebaugh, industry experts Beverly Purtell and Bill Nagle, will lead this interactive, contemporary management training program. Through it, attendees will better understand and apply key leadership skills such as effective communication style, best practices for conflict resolution and employee performance, and techniques for managing stress and time.
